Hassle-Free Returns - If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, items in unused and original condition purchased from CL Jewelry can be returned within 30 days of purchase with original invoice by email. Promotions, clearances, or sales may have modified terms and conditions.

2. How long will it take to get my money back for my online return?

Returns will be processed within 1-2 business days of receipt of your item(s) by CL Jewelry. Once your return is successfully processed, you will receive an email notification. Please note that payment processing is beyond our control and it may take up to 3-5 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your account.
